An apartment currently up for sale in Stockholm comes fully equipped with the current tenant, who is refusing to budge.
Whoever wins the bidding war for the studio flat on Bergsundsgatan in Södermalm might get more than they originally bargained for. In an unusual case of buy one, get one free, the added bonus consists of a stepfather who is refusing to vacate the premises

Flickr really is fantastic, had a good laugh this afternoon at both of these two…

9. Nude photo shoot at the base of a waterfall, over which logs frequently crash

This is genius!
“Garfield Minus Garfield is a site dedicated to removing Garfield from the Garfield comic strips in order to reveal the existential angst of a certain young Mr. Jon Arbuckle. It is a journey deep into the mind of an isolated young everyman as he fights a losing battle against loneliness and depression in a quiet American suburb.”

As a committed fan of the well executed wink I couldn’t resist this one. I still think there’s a place for the clicking sound in the armoury though!
Steps for the Perfect Wink (either at distance or up close)
* Be confident and commit to the wink
* Never wink facing heads-on to the target
* Angle your head slightly forwards
* Turn head slightly sideways from target
* Make eye contact with target
* Start to smile
* Wink with right eye
* Maintain eye contact with left eye
* Maintain smile
* Keep tongue hidden
* Don’t make a “clicking” noise
* Close the eye for as long as a normal blink takes – no longer
* Open right eye
* Look away from target two seconds after opening right eye
